We appreciate every order. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 60 days for full money back refund. If it has been more than 60 days since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund but contact us anyway and we'll see what we can do.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale Items
If your item is returned, we will refund the price paid for the item(s).

Exchanges / TCC Store Credit
Of course, We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a photo to support@thecavycloset.com

We can offer a quick exchange or replacement if the photo clearly shows a problem before delivery. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may exchange a gift credit for the value of your return. After verification, return the item received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you so you can choose something you like.

Shipping
Should you need to return your product, contact us, we will guide you through simple steps to print a free return shipping label with details about where to send it. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item .without tracking.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, your satisfaction is guaranteed.
