Exchanges / TCC Store Credit

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may exchange a gift credit for the value of your return. After verification, return the item received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you so you can choose something you like.
Shipping
Should you need to return your product, contact us, we will guide you through simple steps with a return shipping address details about where to send it. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item .without tracking.
